Say "NO" to Mega-Warehouses and the Logistics Industrial Center in the East End!!!

Encourage the City Council to place the Mega-Warehouses in the South-West where is it zoned for industrial buildings and warehouses,   with close proximity to an airport, a railway, and access to the 215/60 freeway.

We want jobs - we just want them in the appropriately zoned area!!!

Yes to Mega-Warehouses in the East End means TWO more years

of overcrowding in Canyon Springs High School and Vista High School.

This is not just a District 3 issue, this impacts ALL of Moreno Valley residents.

This unwarranted zoning change impacts our children, our over-crowded schools, our health, our local businesses, and our commute  in and out of Moreno Valley on the 60 freeway.

The unwarranted zoning change will also displace many homes currently in the proposed east end site!

Thank YOU for your support at the Planning Commission Meetings, at least four intelligent members saw through the charade of the opposition bringing in busloads of non-MV residents, feeding them dinner before the meeting, giving them T-shirts, and paying them to speak in favor of his project.

This project will NOT mean more jobs for Moreno Valley residents, the company will reduce its workforce due to the new automated warehouse and transfer the few remaining employees from Ontario to Moreno Valley.

This project will NOT mean millions of tax dollars to the City of Moreno Valley.  Its a distribution center!

There are NO sales, therefore NO SALES TAX!  The headquarters is in another state, that's where their orders are processed and assessed.

The only increase will be in traffic on our highways and pollution from the diesel trucks!

Your help is needed to stop the city from approving inappropriate development in this area and to convince them that quality of life and positive economic development are important and real issues.    To show your support AGAINST this General Plan Revision allowing the Industry in the WRONG ZONING of the City
