Loss of Jobs in Moreno Valley?

Not likely - there are empty warehouses currently

in the SouthWest zone of the City.

Why aren't those warehouses filled with people/jobs?

Warehouse jobs equate to 1 job per 2,250 sq ft.

Other types of business zoned for that area

would bring MORE jobs per sq ft.

Like Restaurants

- Who wouldn't want a nice Restaurant Row along the 60 fwy?

Loss of Revenue For Current Local Businesses

• The proposed Warehousing Logistics Center will replace the proposed 7,000 homes in the same area. 

   vs

• Instead of families residing in the area and shopping in the newly built business area, the shopping centers will see a reduction in revenue and most likely go bankrupt. 

• Again we will have more empty, vacated buildings subject to vandalism and graffiti.
