The General Plan designates for 7,000 homes to be located in the
proposed Logistics Warehousing Center area.
Where will these 7,000 home sites go?
They still have to be located in District 3 to support the businesses counting on the residences.
The developer will most likely propose low-income, high-density apartments instead of the high-end, custom homes on 1/2 - 1 acres that are in accordance with the current General Plan zoning.
So much for the prestige of Rancho Belago!
We will become Rancho Warehousing/Diesel Traffic & Low Income Apts.
Say NO to the Zoning Change!
Instead of 7,000 custom homes, we will have massive warehouses filling up over one million sq ft, paving over any open space, bringing in 40,000 diesel trucks daily.
No parks, no trails, just concrete.
Is this what we want for the eastern gateway to Moreno Valley?
